Residences on Grand

Residences on Grand is a 65-unit workforce housing community leased primarily to local essential service employees. LB-West acquired the site as a motel and worked with the City of Glenwood Springs to pass an ordinance that streamlined the conversion of hotels to extended-stay lodges allowing longer-term leases. The property is a short walk to public transit and features kitchens, storage, and on-site laundry. 35% of the units are restricted to rents at or below 100% of AMI.

Midland Residences

LB West’s Midland Residences project will rejuvenate a dark grocery property that has been a blight for over a decade. Plans include two stories with 67 units of workforce housing over grade parking and a grocery/food hall concept that will feature an outdoor plaza.

The River Lofts

The River Lofts is a new mixed-use, LEED-certified building located within the Basalt River Park neighborhood that includes six riverfront studios and two 2-bedroom condominiums – each with a large south-facing deck overlooking the park and river, covered parking, and private storage units. The clean, modern interiors will feature hardwood floors, stone surfaces, and elevator accesss.

Park Place

Park Place is a collection of six residences within the Basalt River Park neighborhood on the Roaring Fork River.
